Interform Contract Furniture  use ‘cookies’ to improve customers’ experience on its website. Cookies are an industry standard and most major websites use them. A cookie is a small text file that websites may place on visitors’ computers as a tool to remember visitors’ preferences. Clients may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browsers. However, by doing so clients may not be able to use the full functionality of Interform’s website.

Interform’s website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate visitors’ IP address with any other data held by Google. Interform uses reports provided by Google Analytics to better understand website traffic and webpage usage.

Interform takes its clients’ privacy very seriously and appropriate security measures are in place to protect the personal data we hold. Access to our clients’ personal data is limited to employees who require this information to perform their jobs. All Interform employees are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Individuals have the right to complain if they feel Interform has misused their personal data.
